Who doesn’t want a little nugg love? I adore some chicken nuggets every now and then. They are easy to make, and most of all I can pop them in the oven and walk away. This is especially nice on busy days when I need to come home, shut off, and cook on autopilot.

One important note: I tried quite a few bread crumbs before landing on the Organic Breadcrumbs from Trader Joe's. I would suggest using the same house brand from TJ's when making this recipe. They do not dry out during baking and they are less likely to burn in the oven.
For the final step, whisk together the ingredients below for the Honey Chipotle sauce. This sauce compliments salmon and shrimp wonderfully. Use as a glaze or to caramelize flavor in meat on the grill!
